Description

  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and share quality considerations based on executed tests and current scope.
  • Apply exploratory, regression, integration, and non-functional testing with minimal guidance, adjusting depth based on risk.
  • Use automation pragmatically by prioritizing stable, high-value scenarios and maintaining existing test coverage.
  • Analyze defects to identify root causes and communicate their impact clearly to Product and Engineering teams.
  • Raise quality concerns and propose improvements during Agile ceremonies.
  • Prioritize testing work based on agreed goals, deadlines, and risk, adapting when priorities change.
  • Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to clarify acceptance criteria and edge cases.
  • Act as a quality reference across multiple teams and help ensure consistent quality practices.
  • Lead quality planning for large or cross-team initiatives and embed quality early in the design process.
  • Define and monitor quality metrics and lead mitigation actions for systemic quality risks.

Requirements

  • Experience acting as a quality reference across multiple teams in complex initiatives.
  • Experience leading quality planning for large or cross-team initiatives.
  • Experience designing and evolving test approaches for complex, integrated, and high-risk systems.
  • Experience expanding and maintaining automated test coverage for critical flows and shared services.
  • Experience identifying systemic quality risks and driving mitigation actions across teams and products.
  • Experience influencing technical and product decisions from a quality, testability, and reliability perspective.
  • Experience defining and monitoring quality metrics for complex systems.
  • Proficiency in automation testing frameworks such as Selenium and Cucumber.
  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and tools.
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Java or Python.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and practices.
  • Experience with LLM and RAG.
  • Knowledge of performance testing tools such as JMeter (nice to have).
  • Experience in API testing and tools like Postman (nice to have).
