Description

  • Collaborate with business partners to identify needs and define technical solutions.
  • Serve as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders to align on priorities and approach.
  • Support the development and optimization of back-end systems and services against business requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and functional designs.
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather technical business needs and convert them into actionable plans.
  • Document product features, business processes, workflows, and operational manuals.
  • Maintain a focus on standardization, compliance, security, and performance optimization in documentation and delivery.
  • Coach and mentor team members on relevant technical products.
  • Support the overall project management lifecycle.
  • Refine and maintain the product backlog to reflect current organizational priorities and user needs.

Requirements

  • Fluent English communication for working with clients and business stakeholders.
  • Strong technical background with the ability to understand and explain complex technical requirements.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum project management methodologies.
  • Exceptional documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Consultative and proactive mindset with the ability to lead technical discussions and drive decisions.
  • Comfort using or willingness to learn tools that improve productivity and collaboration.
  • Experience with back-end development, APIs, microservices, and event-driven architecture.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps or similar tools.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
