Description

  • Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI/ML product features within the JobHunt Engine.
  • Own the full product lifecycle from hypothesis through scaled impact, with accountability for business outcomes.
  • Translate business problems into ML hypotheses and product solutions.
  • Partner with ML engineers and data scientists to define data requirements, evaluation frameworks, monitoring, and delivery processes.
  • Design and run rapid validation cycles using A/B tests, shadow models, phased rollouts, and other pragmatic experiments.
  • Make data-driven go/no-go decisions under uncertainty with limited data or infrastructure.
  • Break down ambiguous problems, prioritize the highest-impact work, and drive simple, effective solutions first.
  • Collaborate with engineering, data science, and business teams to align stakeholders on goals, trade-offs, and progress.
  • Lead improvements to matching, ranking, personalization, and resume enhancement features.
  • Drive measurable growth in job coverage, matching success, and application-to-offer conversion.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Product Manager experience, preferably in a data-intensive or ML-driven domain.
  • Strong understanding of ML and LLM fundamentals, including NLP and recommendation systems.
  • Hands-on experience building and scaling AI-powered features such as matching, ranking, and personalization.
  • Practical knowledge of evaluation frameworks, RAG, agents, and model monitoring.
  • Ability to define data pipelines, metrics, and workflows with ML engineering teams.
  • Proven ability to formulate and rigorously test product or ML hypotheses using statistical methods such as A/B testing, significance testing, and confidence intervals.
  • Ability to reason about probability, causality, and data limitations to make informed decisions.
  • Entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset with the ability to prototype quickly and avoid over-engineering.
  • Strong ability to operate in ambiguity and make pragmatic trade-offs based on impact.
  • Fluent English and Russian, with excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Nice to have: hands-on experience in a Data Science, Data Analyst, or ML Engineer role.
  • HRTech experience is a strong plus.
