Description

  • Design, develop, and implement scalable machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
  • Build and maintain robust MLOps pipelines for deploying, monitoring, and maintaining models in production.
  • Create and optimize features using DBT and PySpark for large-scale data processing.
  • Develop and manage data and ML workflows using Apache Airflow.
  • Perform distributed processing on large volumes of data with PySpark.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, and product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Monitor model performance, identify degradation, and implement continuous improvements.
  • Maintain clear technical documentation for architecture, models, and processes.

Requirements

  • Advanced Python experience and familiarity with ML/DL libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and XGBoost.
  • Solid experience developing and deploying machine learning models in production.
  • Proven experience with distributed data processing using PySpark.
  • Advanced SQL skills and experience with PostgreSQL.
  • Experience building and managing complex DAGs with Apache Airflow.
  • Experience with AWS services such as SageMaker, S3, EC2, Lambda, ECR, and ECS.
  • Experience with Snowflake for analytical storage and processing.
  • Knowledge of DBT for data transformation and modeling.
  • Experience with GenAI architectures such as Amazon Bedrock or similar, including RAG pipelines, vector databases, and LLM API integration.
  • Experience with API and microservices architecture, including FastAPI, API Gateway, ECS, and EKS.
  • Version control experience with Git and good development practices.
  • Preferred: experience with MLflow, Kubeflow, feature stores, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD for ML, Big Data tools such as Hadoop, Kafka, and Spark Streaming, A/B testing, AWS certifications, and agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
