Description

  • Develop rapid PoCs and technical prototypes to validate integrations, performance, and AI agent use cases for customer-specific scenarios.
  • Build technical accelerators and reusable components that can be demonstrated during the sales process.
  • Participate in technical deep-dive meetings with customer engineering teams to address implementation, infrastructure, and security questions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical blockers that arise during discovery and solution design phases.
  • Translate PoC outcomes into solution input for the Principal Architect, helping refine the final solution design and effort estimates.
  • Implement automation flows and LLM integrations to demonstrate efficiency gains in the customer’s development lifecycle.
  • Benchmark tools and technology stacks to recommend the most efficient option for each challenge.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and sales teams to support pre-sales technical validation and workshops.
  • Communicate complex engineering concepts clearly to customer developers and architects, building technical trust.

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on software development experience with Java, Python, Node.js, or C#.
  • Solid background in systems architecture and practical experience designing and implementing scalable systems.
  • Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC).
  • Knowledge of API architecture, messaging, and data persistence.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality technical outputs under short pre-sales deadlines.
  • Strong technical communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to developers and architects.
  • Experience with AI tools and hands-on GenAI work, such as Claude Code CLI, is a plus.
  • Availability to work on-site in the Campinas/SP region, collaborating closely with engineering and sales teams.
  • Availability to travel as needed for in-person technical workshops.
