Description

  • Provide technical leadership for the QA team and develop the team’s maturity
  • Design, structure and evolve the overall quality and test automation program
  • Develop automated tests for APIs (Java + RestAssured) and frontend applications (Angular/TypeScript)
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
  • Define and implement test strategies across unit, integration, end-to-end and performance testing
  • Translate requirements into test scenarios and maintain test coverage
  • Monitor and report quality and coverage metrics
  • Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and quality reviews
  • Promote a quality-first culture and Shift-Left practices and apply AI to optimize test scenarios and failure analysis

Requirements

  • Solid experience as a Mid/Senior QA with focus on automation
  • Proficiency in Java and RestAssured for API automation
  • Experience automating frontend tests for Angular/TypeScript using tools such as Cypress, Selenium or Playwright
  • Knowledge of test strategies and quality management practices
  • Experience with CI/CD, Git and version control
  • Familiarity with SQL and relational databases
  • Experience working in agile methodologies
  • Experience applying AI to QA (test optimization, scenario generation, failure analysis)
  • Technical leadership, strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders
  • If residing in the Campinas metropolitan region, availability to work from the Campinas office according to company policy (attendance required)
