Description

  • Partner with business stakeholders to identify needs and translate them into clear technical solutions.
  • Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams to align expectations and simplify complex concepts.
  • Analyze and support API-based solutions, including REST and SOAP integrations and response structure definition with Tech Leads.
  • Use API testing tools such as Bruno or Insomnia to test and validate endpoints.
  • Gather, elicit, and document functional and non-functional requirements, especially for API-related work.
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications, user stories, and functional designs.
  • Analyze data using tools such as SQL and OpenSearch to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support successful delivery.
  • Facilitate workshops, refinement sessions, and technical discussions.
  • Support backlog prioritization with TPOs and BPOs and manage tasks and documentation in JIRA and Confluence.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Technical Business Analyst or in a similar role in digital environments.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, including REST and SOAP, and system integrations.
  • Experience using API testing tools such as Bruno, Insomnia, or Postman.
  • Ability to analyze data and support decisions using SQL or similar tools.
  • Experience gathering and documenting requirements.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, especially Scrum, and backlog management.
  • Experience using JIRA and Confluence.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills and the ability to adapt communication to different audiences.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to adapt in dynamic environments.
  • Experience with microservices and distributed systems is preferred.
  • Background in API-first or data-driven products is preferred.
