Description

  • Work with customer development and data science teams to understand business and technical needs.
  • Design AI/ML solutions that make the best use of AWS cloud services and AWS AI/ML products.
  • Use services such as SageMaker, Comprehend, Rekognition, Transcribe, Lex, Polly, Forecast, and Personalize in solution design.
  • Act as a technical liaison between customers and the AWS SageMaker services teams.
  • Provide customer-driven product improvement feedback to AWS product teams.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in design, implementation, or consulting for Machine Learning, AI, or Deep Learning solutions.
  • 1+ years of experience with deep learning frameworks such as Apache MXNet, TensorFlow, Caffe2, Keras, Microsoft Cognitive Toolkit, Torch, or Theano.
  • 5+ years of professional software development experience in ML-related languages such as Python or R.
  • Experience working with RESTful APIs and service-oriented architectures.
  • 3+ years of experience in technical architecture, design, deployment, and operations for AI platforms, standards, protocols, and devices.
  • Graduate degree in a highly quantitative field such as Computer Science, Machine Learning, Operations Research, Statistics, or Mathematics (preferred).
  • 5+ years of industry experience in predictive modeling and analysis (preferred).
  • Experience with AWS technologies such as SageMaker, Redshift, S3, EC2, Data Pipeline, Kinesis, and EMR (preferred).
  • Knowledge of SparkML, ML libraries such as scikit-learn, caret, mlr, or mllib, and SQL tuning (preferred).
  • Experience working with GPUs, handling terabyte-scale datasets, and writing production-level code (preferred).
  • Consulting experience, public speaking, publications, or presentation experience in technical ML/AI topics (preferred).
