Description

  • Develop and maintain COBOL applications for CICS and IMS environments.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure effective integration of systems and applications.
  • Perform testing and debugging to ensure application quality and stability.
  • Document code and development processes.
  • Work independently and as part of a team on technical problem-solving and analysis.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in COBOL programming.
  • Strong knowledge of CICS, DB2, JCL, CHANGEMAN, TSO, VSAM, and debug tools.
  • Familiarity with mainframe development environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with Hexavision and JIRA is a plus.
  • Residence in the Campinas metropolitan area requires in-office presence according to the current attendance policy.
