Description

  • Distribute client copy accurately and on time to the correct circuit at the specified time.
  • Upload press release materials to the PR Newswire website with the correct media assets, industry, subject, and geography coding.
  • Proofread, format, and edit press releases and related content for delivery to the media.
  • Ensure accuracy, attribution, regulatory compliance, and overall acceptability of client copy.
  • Provide editorial guidance to improve the potential pickup of press release content.
  • Support client relations by understanding customer needs and maintaining strong business relationships.
  • Record, log, and update customer interactions and account information, and prepare reports for management.
  • Prioritize, process, and fulfill jobs and related correspondence in the workflow management system.
  • Maintain company websites and ensure incoming service feeds are accurately mapped.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality service and meet team targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in content editing and customer support.
  • Outstanding written and verbal English communication and grammar skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to proofread and format content accurately.
  • Excellent organization and time-management skills.
  • Ability to follow policies and procedures closely.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for providing good service.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving ability and good analytical skills.
  • Flexibility to work on holidays, weekends, and shifts, especially during peak seasons.
  • Experience handling multiple tasks at the same time is preferred.
