Description

  • Own the full sales cycle in South Africa, from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and close.
  • Deploy and execute the go-to-market strategy to accelerate growth in a high-potential market.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline aligned to monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Develop strategic relationships with auditors, fund administrators, fintech teams, and financial institutions.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities in key accounts.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and product expert for customers.
  • Identify new use cases, segments, and partnership opportunities to create new revenue streams.
  • Bring customer insights back to product and leadership teams to inform future development.
  • Represent Circit at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings across South Africa.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience closing B2B SaaS deals, ideally in fintech, regtech, audit tech, or financial services.
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Experience selling into enterprise or multi-stakeholder environments such as audit firms, banks, or financial services organizations.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Commercially sharp, adaptable, and comfortable owning an entire market.
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build rather than maintain.
  • Experience working with auditors, fund administrators, or financial institutions is a strong plus.
  • Understanding of the audit lifecycle or the financial services ecosystem is a strong plus.
  • Experience in early-stage or high-growth SaaS environments is a strong plus.
  • Ability to identify and develop partnerships that accelerate revenue is a strong plus.
  • Remote work with travel to customers, partners, and industry events across South Africa.
