Description

  • Serve as the subject-matter expert for assigned government contracted accounts and fully understand contract requirements and service details.
  • Work under the Director of Government Client Services to establish individual and team performance goals and track goal achievement.
  • Provide problem-solving support and training to team members.
  • Ensure Team Leads complete required monthly agent call monitoring.
  • Support Client Development with implementation of new client service programs as the technical SME for the Government Department.
  • Coordinate weekly and monthly work schedules with Team Leads to maintain proper telephone coverage for assigned accounts.
  • Approve Team Lead time sheets and ensure agent time sheets are corrected and approved in a timely manner.
  • Work with management to assess team member strengths and challenges to support professional development and improve team capability.
  • Provide ongoing written performance assessments, including quarterly feedback and annual review input to the Director of Government Client Services.
  • Prepare and deliver required monthly client reports, including CBA reconciliation, telephone reporting, and refund/exchange reporting.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 5 or more years of corporate or government travel consulting experience.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with technical and non-technical users across multiple levels of the organization.
  • Strong knowledge of Worldspan and SABRE.
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner and work effectively in group problem-solving situations.
  • Ability to manage difficult customer situations and respond promptly to customer needs.
  • Strong oral communication skills and ability to participate effectively in meetings.
  • Ability to prioritize work, use time efficiently, and maintain professionalism under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and thoroughness, with a focus on quality and timely completion of work.
