Description

  • Lead, develop, and grow the Finance team and business operations analytics professionals.
  • Partner cross-functionally to establish operating policies, procedures, and improvement programs.
  • Lead quarterly, annual, and long-term financial planning and forecasting.
  • Own and enhance the company’s three-statement financial model, including analyses of revenue growth, costs, and expansion opportunities.
  • Define KPIs and deliver company- and department-level budget variance analysis.
  • Partner with Accounting to support month-end close and financial reporting.
  • Advise the CEO, executive leadership, and Board on financial performance, business decisions, risks, and opportunities.
  • Prepare monthly reporting packages, Board materials, QBR presentations, and finance reviews.
  • Support fundraising through financial models, diligence materials, and operating-metric reporting.
  • Evaluate strategic initiatives, including growth opportunities, M&A, and scalable financial systems and processes.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, Accounting, Investment Banking, or Management Consulting.
  • 5+ years of directly managing a Finance team.
  • Experience leading finance in a high-growth, fast-paced, scaling environment.
  • Deep financial modeling experience; investment banking background is preferred.
  • SaaS marketplace industry experience.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Experience with corporate planning and financial tools such as NetSuite, Adaptive Insights, Planful, or similar platforms.
  • Strong financial planning, budgeting, analytical, prioritization, and strategic-thinking abilities.
  • Ability to communicate financial drivers clearly and challenge assumptions constructively with stakeholders, including executives.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA and/or CPA preferred.

  • Estimated on-target earnings of $320,000–$415,000, depending on experience and location.
