Description

  • Own revenue generation for a North New Jersey territory and manage the full sales pipeline.
  • Qualify and convert partner and inbound leads into opportunities and closed deals.
  • Develop outbound prospecting and referral strategies to build a book of business.
  • Sell in person to independent restaurants and conduct product web demos for different audiences.
  • Collaborate with peers and managers to apply ChowNow’s value-selling methodology.
  • Nurture customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor in the restaurant technology space.
  • Use SFDC reports and dashboards to monitor pipeline health and KPIs.
  • Work with your manager to review the pipeline and improve conversion rates through coaching and data-driven insights.
  • Share best practices and contribute to the team’s sales strategy and process improvements.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales experience with a track record of consistent over-achievement.
  • 45% travel within the market and a reliable means of transportation.
  • Ability to build lasting relationships and develop a referral-based book of business.
  • Strong curiosity about people, local restaurants, and food trends.
  • Knowledge of competitors and current market trends.
  • Coachability and willingness to learn and master the sales craft.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced sales culture with frequent change.
  • Comfort with process and technology and ability to learn quickly.
  • Positive, hardworking mindset with openness to feedback.
  • Experience in full-cycle, outside sales is preferred.
