Description

  • Own strategy and execution for the Marketing Agent domain.
  • Design and improve campaign creation and automation across email and SMS.
  • Own the diner database and consent model so restaurant relationships remain usable.
  • Build the agentic layer that turns restaurant data into marketing action.
  • Set the company standard for marketing measurement and incrementality.
  • Drive product activation and adoption without relying on a GTM handoff.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across product and the broader organization.
  • Define and ship products that move from problem definition through launch and operation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, including products owned from problem definition through launch.
  • Hands-on experience with lifecycle or campaign products such as email, SMS, CRM, automation, or segmentation.
  • Hands-on experience building with AI or agents, with shipped work rather than experiments.
  • Working fluency in SQL and product analytics.
  • Experience owning metrics where attribution was contested and defending a measurement approach to stakeholders.
  • Remote role based in the United States; ChowNow is not eligible to employ in every state.
  • Experience operating products after launch is required.
  • Preferred: experience in products serving restaurants or similar local businesses.
