Description

  • Own the end-to-end vision, roadmap, and execution for a Chooose product domain.
  • Balance intuition and data to shape product decisions and priorities.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the aviation fuel market and customer needs through direct customer engagement.
  • Lead high-velocity execution with a distributed team of engineers and designers.
  • Prototype rapidly to accelerate the product development lifecycle and move toward production-ready products.
  • Stay current on AI tooling, industry trends, and emerging applications, and apply useful insights to product execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, Sales, Account Management, and Operations.
  • Translate complex technical systems into clear, user-centered product solutions.

Requirements

  • BA/BS in a technical or analytical field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, Applied Sciences, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 4 years of product management or adjacent product-building experience in an enterprise context.
  • Strong customer empathy and design thinking.
  • Hands-on experience with AI building, prototyping, or side projects, and a demonstrated habit of staying current on AI tools.
  • Fluency with core LLM concepts and systems, including prompting, fine-tuning, embeddings, retrieval, and evaluation.
  • Fluency with modern prototyping tools such as Cursor and Claude Code, and comfort using Figma for design collaboration.
  • Fluency in data and experimentation, including knowing when data is insufficient to answer a question.
  • Proven ability to lead small technical teams toward ambitious product goals with urgency.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences and synthesize complex systems into compelling narratives.
  • Native-level English writing and speaking skills.
  • Experience building in financial, enterprise, or other compliance-heavy domains requiring precision and complex systems thinking (nice to have).
  • Experience in high-growth startups (nice to have).
  • Experience getting results on a distributed team (nice to have).
