Description

  • Develop and implement cross-functional strategic initiatives to improve and scale member support experiences.
  • Perform analyses and conduct research to identify new opportunities and inform decision-making.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Operations, and other teams to influence outcomes and align on priorities.
  • Bring structure to ambiguous problems by defining clear problem statements, analytical frameworks, and success metrics.
  • Develop and deliver structured narratives that create clarity, understanding, and alignment around new ideas.
  • Present insights and recommendations to Chime executives and key collaborators.
  • Lead complex projects from conception through execution across multiple teams and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of professional experience, including delivering strategic and operational projects at top-tier management consulting firms.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to work from first principles, dig into data, and complete complex projects with tangible results.
  • Ability to synthesize disparate information quickly into a concise and accurate summary.
  • Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional projects from conception to execution.
  • Low ego and ability to work effectively with a wide range of people.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Experience influencing executives and senior stakeholders is strongly implied by the role.
  • Experience in a flat, fast-moving organization is preferred.

Benefits

  • Base salary ranging from $138,000 to $190,000, depending on location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
  • Full-time employees are eligible for a bonus and a competitive equity package.
