Description

Record natural bilingual conversations by following client-provided scripts.
Transcribe your own recordings accurately.
Segment audio into natural speech units.
Identify and label speakers when multiple voices are present.
Apply transcription guidelines, punctuation, and annotation tags correctly.
Follow project guidelines to maintain high-quality outputs.
Communicate with the Project Manager to clarify instructions when needed.

Requirements

Native speaker of one of the listed Spanish varieties: Mexican, Puerto Rican, U.S. bilingual Spanish-English (Spanglish), Dominican, or Central American.
Fluent in both Spanish and English.
English proficiency of at least B2 level.
Comfortable speaking and understanding natural Spanish-English code-switching.
Strong listening, reading, and writing skills in both Spanish and English.
Detail-oriented and patient, with ability to maintain at least 95% accuracy.
Willing to ask questions when unsure.
Quiet environment suitable for audio recording.
Laptop or desktop computer with a stable internet connection.
Able to manage time independently and meet deadlines.
Complete a pre-assessment as part of the screening process.
Previous experience in transcription, audio annotation, data labelling, or AI-related projects is a plus.
