Description

  • Triaging and responding to donor inquiries and FAQs through the customer service platform.
  • Managing team administrative tasks, including data entry, list exports in Salesforce, meeting facilitation, and prospect research support.
  • Leading project management for one-time and ongoing internal team projects throughout the year.
  • Mastering and maintaining team tools such as Salesforce, Zendesk, Notion, Jira, iWave, and Keynote to keep records accurate and donors supported.
  • Writing thank-you notes and fulfilling ad hoc gifting requests for VIP donors.
  • Managing printing and shipping requests for the team and supporters.
  • Supporting the planning and execution of donor trips and regional events as needed.
  • Staying up to date on charity: water’s programmatic work and broader Water, Sanitation & Hygiene (WASH) issues.

Requirements

  • Up to 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and complete tasks efficiently.
  • A problem-solving, team-oriented mindset and enthusiastic work ethic.
  • Passion for charity: water’s mission.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Keynote, Notion, Jira, Basecamp, Zendesk, and similar platforms.
  • Experience working cross-departmentally in a fast-paced environment preferred.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce as a CRM tool preferred.
  • Familiarity with the nonprofit sector, especially frontline fundraising teams, preferred.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship.

  • Hourly range of $24.29–$28.22, annualized to $50,532–$58,704.
