Description

  • Assist with the activation and configuration of ChargePoint Networked charging stations for new and returning station owners.
  • Interact directly with Sales, internal and external customers, O&M partners, Owner Support, and the Services team.
  • Communicate, educate, and establish best practices with new and returning station owners.
  • Receive and manage inbound service requests after the sale.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Operations and Maintenance Partners, and customers to ensure timely and accurate station activation.
  • Oversee the installation, activation, and validation of new charging stations.
  • Track, report, and document customer status, implementation progress, issue resolution, and escalation.
  • Maintain clear communication to support efficient completion of implementations and successful handoff.

Requirements

  • Must be fluent in French/French Canadian, both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple related projects and align implementation with business objectives.
  • Demonstrated ability to liaise with external partners, internal stakeholders, and management.
  • Strong time management, multitasking, and stress management skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork abilities.
  • Leadership skills to motivate different groups and support timely execution of responsibilities.
  • Self-motivated and decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands.
  • Desire to learn new technical skills.
  • Location: Canada Remote.
