Description

  • Identify, triage, troubleshoot, escalate, and manage resolution of incidents affecting deployed air defense assets.
  • Initiate root cause analysis for specific incidents and produce trend analyses of aggregated incident data.
  • Record, analyze, and communicate fleet health and performance data to support decision-making across mission operations, technical operations, deployment operations, and product engineering.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to sustain and modernize deployed systems through proactive hardware and software maintenance and upgrades.
  • Execute project work to improve the scalability of fleet sustainment processes and infrastructure.
  • Coordinate technical and non-technical efforts across business, engineering, and sustainment functions.
  • Support operational planning, resource allocation, and follow-on corrective action through data-driven recommendations.

Requirements

  • Self-starter with a record of high achievement in multiple domains.
  • Ability to communicate and coordinate technical and non-technical efforts across business, engineering, and sustainment functions.
  • Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills.
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
  • Willingness to work non-standard hours and weekends as needed.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field and/or previous technical work experience preferred.
  • Experience with Linux Command Line Interface (CLI) preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in government, military, defense, consulting, manufacturing, or a related sector preferred.
