Description

  • Lead, manage, and mentor the accounting team while fostering accountability, learning, and professional growth.
  • Oversee day-to-day U.S. accounting operations, including month-end close, inter-company transactions, and financial reporting.
  • Design, implement, and improve scalable accounting policies, internal controls, and standard operating procedures.
  • Optimize NetSuite usage by automating manual processes and supporting business growth through system scalability.
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, statutory local requirements, and tax regulations.
  • Partner with the global finance team to support efficient audit processes.
  • Collaborate with FP&A, Legal, and Revenue Operations to improve billing, working capital, and strategic business processes.
  • Support other assigned accounting and finance duties as needed.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of accounting experience with increasing responsibility and leadership.
  • 2+ years of experience at a Big 4 accounting firm.
  • 2+ years of experience in a high-growth startup environment.
  • Active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.
  • Proven experience building, managing, and training accounting teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and roll out scalable processes and financial controls.
  • Direct, proficient operational experience with NetSuite.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for in-person collaboration, meetings, and trainings.
  • Experience in AdTech or digital media industries is preferred.
  • Familiarity with international accounting standards or multi-currency, international operations is preferred.
