Description

  • Act as project manager for the RFP process, coordinating deliverables, deadlines, and stakeholder communication.
  • Maintain and update SalesForce and other documentation related to RFPs and sales activities.
  • Develop tactical digital media plans that align Channel Factory products to client objectives and KPIs.
  • Curate sample targeting lists and audience recommendations that match client brand goals.
  • Answer client and sales questions about product specifications, third-party vendor tags, and research studies.
  • Partner with Account Management to ensure smooth transition from pre-sales to campaign launch and post-sale operations.
  • Review product and market research and historical campaign data and incorporate findings into RFP responses.
  • Collaborate with Sales to proactively identify and pitch opportunities to inactive or prospective clients and help build sales materials (case studies, RFIs, client spec sheets, best practices, market trends, product updates).

Requirements

  • 2–3 years experience at a digital media agency or ad tech publisher/advertising sales organization in roles such as assistant digital media planner, digital media planner, or assistant strategist/sales planner.
  • 1+ years hands-on planning or campaign implementation experience with digital video advertising in auction marketplaces (e.g., YouTube via Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, PMD, Programmatic, DV360).
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Strong understanding of media math and industry terminology.
  • Proven ability to operate as a self-starter with urgency and discipline across various time zones.
  • Highly organized with a proactive problem-solving mindset and ability to manage up, down, and across teams.
  • Proficiency with Excel calculations, pivot tables, and graphs; strong PowerPoint and presentation skills for status calls and emails.
  • Excellent verbal and written storytelling and communication skills; professional integrity and ethical standards.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for in-person collaboration, meetings, and trainings.
  • Interest in the sales cycle with potential ambition to grow into Sales Representative or Account Manager roles.
