Description

  • Become a power user of Channel Factory’s ViewIQ platform and execute full 360° YouTube media planning and buying.
  • Serve as the primary point-of-contact and consultant to clients, advising on YouTube products, targeting strategy, inventory availability, buying strategy, and platform assistance (e.g., DV360, Google Ads).
  • Lead kickoff calls to set expectations and serve as the single point-of-contact with Programmatic Solutions for inquiries.
  • Own and grow a book of business with focus on client retention, growth, and renewals.
  • Partner with Sales and independently lead client calls to identify and execute upsell opportunities.
  • Create and maintain short- and long-term account plans for designated accounts.
  • Monitor campaign pacing and performance, proactively address issues, and propose multiple optimization strategies for under-performing areas.
  • Prepare mid-campaign and end-of-campaign reports and conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) for key clients.
  • Update Salesforce with campaign and revenue information and reconcile monthly billing with Finance to ensure accuracy and timely completion.
  • Collaborate with Product to improve the ViewIQ platform and support special projects as needed.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience buying YouTube, SEM, SEO, Facebook/PMDs, and/or programmatic/trading desk media.
  • Client-facing experience working with both agencies and brands is highly preferred.
  • Ability to develop best practices and train other team members to stay competitive in a changing digital landscape.
  • Experience tracking performance data, analyzing results, and optimizing campaigns across multiple technologies and partners.
  • Experience with off-YouTube media, third-party measurement, and Brand Studies.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, including calculations, pivot tables, and graphs.
  • Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Able to prioritize work effectively, operate with little to no supervision, and manage multiple clients/campaigns/projects.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, collaborative, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bonus: Google Ads, DV360, and/or Facebook certifications; role may require occasional travel.
