Description

  • Own significant components of the Developer Platform, including monorepo CI/CD, agentic AI tooling, and shared build infrastructure.
  • Create architectural design documents and coordinate implementation across teams.
  • Improve monorepo CI/CD speed, reliability, scalability, and developer experience.
  • Develop workflows beyond traditional pull requests for validated, agent-driven changes.
  • Productionize agentic AI capabilities, including observability, shared memory, and context-engineering patterns.
  • Consolidate fragmented build systems and create standardized onboarding and deployment blueprints.
  • Identify developer toil and automate repetitive work across engineering teams.
  • Mentor engineers and contribute to design reviews, technical direction, and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience building and operating production services and platform infrastructure in cloud environments.
  • Proficiency in Go or ability to ramp up quickly.
  • Deep expertise in CI/CD, container orchestration, and large-monorepo build, test, and release tooling.
  • Experience setting technical direction across multiple teams and modernizing legacy systems.
  • Familiarity with production agentic AI or LLM automation, including RAG, memory, and tool-calling.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous, data-driven environment.
  • Experience with GitHub Actions, Argo Workflows, Buildkite, or comparable systems at scale.
  • Experience with high-volume automated change workflows, DORA or SPACE metrics, or large Go monorepos.
  • Familiarity with supply-chain security, OCI, Kubernetes, open source communities, or internal-platform stakeholder programs.
