Description

  • Own features end-to-end, from design and implementation through rollout and iteration.
  • Partner closely with Product and the Experience (front-end) team to deliver new product experiences.
  • Navigate ambiguous problems and define a clear path forward without waiting for complete specifications.
  • Help prioritize tradeoffs and ship iteratively against a product-driven roadmap and real deadlines.
  • Extend Chainguard's agentic AI foundation into customer-facing experiences across the product suite.
  • Guide architectural and technical decisions with a strong point of view.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a culture of excellence.
  • Work closely with Product and customers to launch new features.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in software development.
  • Expertise with containers, artifact registries, Docker, Kubernetes, and the broader Kubernetes ecosystem.
  • Experience building and securing CI/CD systems.
  • Proficiency with Go (Golang), or strong readiness to ramp up quickly.
  • Experience with AI tooling and enthusiasm for applying it to complex problems.
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in English.
  • Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and seek help proactively when necessary.
  • Experience working closely with Product teams and customers to launch new features (preferred).
