Description

  • Lead technical implementations and drive customer adoption of Chainguard Images.
  • Partner with account teams to understand customer goals, pain points, and solution plans.
  • Support account strategies that drive value realization, retention, and growth.
  • Test, document, and validate image quality to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Work with Product and Engineering to communicate customer requirements and help prioritize image builds.
  • Maintain account-level architecture and share best practices across the organization.
  • Collaborate, teach, and learn with internal teams and customers.
  • Serve as the primary technical contact for customers during implementation and onboarding.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a post-sales client support role.
  • 8+ years of experience developing high-performance multi-tier applications.
  • Strong experience with Kubernetes and containers.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, including engineers and executives.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related focus.
  • Strong working knowledge of software development processes, practices, and software engineering design concepts.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional engineering teams and business partners.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 15% of the time.
  • Located in the Central Time Zone.
