Description

  • Lead the technical onboarding process for new commercial customers and create onboarding plans based on customer goals and requirements.
  • Serve as the primary post-sales point of contact and day-to-day contact for customer engagements across onboarding, implementation, and adoption.
  • Develop relationships with stakeholders at multiple levels, from technical contacts to CISOs.
  • Partner with sales to identify renewal and expansion opportunities while reducing churn risk.
  • Collaborate with customers and the education team to ensure product, best practice, and security training is delivered effectively.
  • Develop hands-on product knowledge and stay current on industry trends, new features, and best practices to help customers maximize value.
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally and advocate for customer needs across product, engineering, sales, and other teams.
  • Work with Technical Support and Customer Engineering to resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
  • Own the customer portfolio with a high degree of autonomy and make escalation decisions when needed.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role working with both technical and business teams.
  • Experience in Customer Success, Professional Services, Technical Account Management, Sales, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Support.
  • Relevant domain knowledge in one or more of: Supply Chain Security, DevSecOps, AppSec, security infrastructure, containers, regulatory compliance requirements, vulnerability management, or the software development lifecycle.
  • Ability to operate strategically and proactively with full ownership of a customer portfolio.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to deviate from established procedures and build new processes as needed.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and priority management skills.
  • Commitment to continuous personal and professional development.
  • Preferred: previous early-stage startup experience.
  • Preferred: passion for technology and cybersecurity.
  • Preferred: hands-on technical experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure), containers, Linux, Supply Chain Security, DevSecOps, AppSec, security, security infrastructure, regulatory compliance, vulnerability management, or the software development lifecycle.
