Description

  • Architect, design, and guide implementation of Layer 1 and Layer 2 blockchain protocols optimized for AI-driven workloads.
  • Define the technical roadmap and ensure architectural alignment with business objectives and product requirements.
  • Lead the end-to-end architecture and integration of blockchain and advanced AI/ML workloads, ensuring platform scalability and performance.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, design specifications, and architectural blueprints.
  • Mentor and support engineering teams in building EVM-compatible and non-EVM blockchain platforms and enforcing best practices.
  • Ensure enterprise-grade security, fault tolerance, and reliability across blockchain and AI pipelines.
  • Conduct code reviews and architecture reviews to ensure quality, reliability, and maintainability.
  • Monitor emerging blockchain and AI technologies, standards, and implementation practices to maintain long-term platform relevance.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of software development experience and 5+ years of blockchain architecture and engineering experience.
  • Proven experience designing and architecting Layer 1 and Layer 2 blockchain protocols with significant contributions to blockchain projects.
  • Mastery of Golang, Rust, and/or C++ for low-level protocol development.
  • Deep understanding of blockchain fundamentals, including consensus algorithms, peer-to-peer networking, node operation, and state management.
  • Strong knowledge of cryptography, zero-knowledge proofs, and secure protocol design.
  • Extensive experience with EVM-compatible blockchains (writing, auditing, deploying smart contracts) and hands-on experience with non-EVM chains such as Solana and Cosmos.
  • Hands-on experience with decentralized storage (IPFS), oracle services, and cross-chain bridges.
  • Strong exposure to AI/ML frameworks, deep learning, or LLMs and experience integrating them with blockchain execution environments.
  • Familiarity with Node.js and Python for building supporting services, and experience with CI/CD, DevOps practices, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline; additional certifications or research contributions in blockchain, distributed systems, or AI are a plus, along with strong leadership and communication skills.
