Description

  • Source candidates through headhunting, job boards, social media, and internal databases.
  • Conduct screening, phone, virtual, and onsite candidate interviews.
  • Manage the end-to-end interview process between candidates and clients.
  • Advise clients on hiring strategies and talent acquisition needs.
  • Present qualified candidates to clients and promote their capabilities.
  • Extend offers, negotiate terms, and close placements.
  • Build and maintain client relationships through business development.
  • Promote Cesna Group’s recruitment services to new and existing clients.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales or recruitment.
  • Fluency in English and Korean.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and work effectively under pressure.
  • Performance-oriented, achievement-driven, and collaborative approach.
  • MBA preferred.
  • Availability to work remotely Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Eastern Time.
