Description

  • Source candidates through headhunting, job boards, social media, and internal databases.
  • Conduct screening, phone, virtual, and on-site interviews.
  • Manage the end-to-end interview process between candidates and clients.
  • Advise clients on hiring strategies and talent acquisition needs.
  • Present qualified candidates to clients and promote their fit for open roles.
  • Extend offers to selected candidates and close placements.
  • Build and maintain client relationships through business development.
  • Promote Cesna Group’s recruitment services to new and existing clients.
  • Negotiate terms of business with clients.

Requirements

  • Internship experience in sales or recruiting is required.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Fluency in Korean, Mandarin Chinese, or Japanese is highly desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and work effectively under pressure.
  • Passion for performance, achievement, and teamwork.
  • MBA preferred.
