Description

  • Coordinate the full lifecycle of security engagements, including kickoff, timeline planning, milestone tracking, report delivery, and closure.
  • Confirm project requirements and manage handoffs with security engineers, sales, and other internal teams.
  • Maintain project documentation, track progress, and follow up on outstanding actions across multiple engagements.
  • Serve as the primary client contact, providing status updates, confirming timelines, and managing change requests.
  • Identify and escalate risks such as delays and scope changes, driving timely resolution.
  • Lead client kickoff and report-review meetings and support engineers in presenting findings and remediation recommendations.
  • Coordinate follow-up assessments and retests.
  • Help refine engagement delivery processes over time.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of project management experience, including at least 1 year in the blockchain industry.
  • Understanding of smart contracts, blockchain security, and penetration testing, with the ability to discuss technical issues with engineers and clients.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and coordinate work across teams.
  • Client-facing project management experience with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience collaborating with distributed teams across multiple time zones.
  • Professional fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Experience in cybersecurity, particularly security consulting or assessment delivery (preferred).
  • Familiarity with major blockchains, DeFi protocols, and the broader Web3 ecosystem (preferred).
  • Experience working with institutional clients, including financial institutions and enterprises (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Mandarin, Spanish, Portuguese, or other additional languages (preferred).

Benefits

  • Expected U.S. annual base salary of $90,000–$120,000.
  • Location-based compensation for candidates outside the United States.
