Description

  • Lead the implementation and onboarding process for new client partners and existing clients expanding their scope across all CertifyOS products and services, managing multiple implementations simultaneously.
  • Execute the standard implementation process from contract execution through go‑live to ensure successful deployment and client adoption.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders (product, engineering, operations) and external partner teams to coordinate implementation activities and resolve blockers.
  • Support and train clients as they complete implementation tasks and learn to use the CertifyOS platform, tailoring communications and presentations to varied audiences.
  • Develop and maintain domain knowledge of provider licensing, credentialing, and provider data management to inform implementation decisions.
  • Maintain a seamless client experience and act as a primary point of contact during onboarding phases.
  • Monitor implementation progress, prepare status reports, and identify risks or issues to keep projects on schedule.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience overall.
  • 3+ years of experience in software implementation, project management, or management consulting.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a strong detail-oriented mindset.
  • Outstanding presentation, reporting, and communication skills with the ability to tailor delivery to different audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and clients simultaneously.
  • Ability to interact and collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams both internally and externally.
  • Preferred: Strong understanding of provider licensing, credentialing, and the provider data management universe.
  • Preferred: Demonstrated proficiency with systems, spreadsheets, databases, and applications (Google Suite, Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, Monday.com).
  • Full-time, remote role (Implementation Leader — USA Growth).
