Description

  • Partner with stakeholders across Emergency Department, ICU, Neurology, and Hospital Administration to educate them on non-convulsive seizures and build support for adoption.
  • Close new business and meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals within the assigned territory.
  • Communicate Ceribell’s value proposition to create new partnership opportunities and strengthen relationships with decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with leadership and account managers to build and expand a strong pipeline of new business.
  • Develop and coach clinical champions within hospital departments to advance sales opportunities.
  • Call on multiple hospital departments and engage a range of clinical and administrative specialties.
  • Sell into hospital C-suites and negotiate contracts with key decision-makers.
  • Conduct discovery sessions with clinical and executive stakeholders to tailor solutions to their needs.
  • Use cold calling to engage prospective hospital clients and generate new opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of medical device sales experience, preferably selling disruptive technologies into hospitals.
  • Experience in Critical Care, Emergency Department, Cath Lab, Neurology, or Point of Care environments preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage a complex, hospital-based sales cycle.
  • Demonstrated success with ROI-driven selling, Presidents Club recognition, and strong sales rankings.
  • Strong hunter mentality with the ability to drive change through multiple stakeholders.
  • High emotional intelligence, with a track record of receiving and applying coaching effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks while staying focused on sales targets.
  • Strong relationship-building skills across hospital departments and specialties.
  • Proven success negotiating complex contracts with senior hospital executives.
  • Coachable and adaptable, with a commitment to continuous performance improvement.

  • $115,000 base salary with $250,000 on-target earnings (OTE).
