Description

  • Execute daily fund flows, including stablecoin settlements and tokenized share issuance.
  • Manage complex smart contract interactions and MPC wallet workflows, including transaction policies, whitelists, and multisig approvals.
  • Direct cross-chain liquidity and routing for tokenized RWA products across DeFi protocols.
  • Design monitoring workflows that reconcile onchain and offchain systems and surface operational insights.
  • Analyze wallet activity, token flows, DeFi transactions, and liquidity pool health.
  • Maintain transaction logs, prepare daily and monthly financial reports, and coordinate fee and cost accounting with the fund administrator.
  • Track fund performance metrics and build intelligent alerting systems.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Product, and Engineering to improve the platform and translate asset manager needs into requirements.
  • Support regulatory reporting and streamline operational reporting processes.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in traditional fund operations, accounting, or financial analysis.
  • 1+ years of hands-on experience with onchain transactions, decentralized liquidity pools, or cross-chain bridges.
  • Experience using MPC wallets or multi-sig tooling such as Fireblocks or Safe.
  • Ability to read and interpret onchain data using tools such as Dune, Etherscan, or Tenderly.
  • Proficiency with data management tools such as Excel and databases.
  • Basic scripting experience with Python, JavaScript, or similar languages, or demonstrated ability to use LLMs and AI agents to automate workflows.
  • Strong attention to detail when validating accounting packages, tracking onchain events, auditing transaction logs, and interacting with smart contracts.
  • Comfort working autonomously and helping define new operational processes as the company scales.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including Product, Engineering, and Asset Management.
  • Experience bridging traditional finance with decentralized infrastructure is preferred.
