Description

  • Respond to and resolve daily support requests from the team to keep people unblocked.
  • Manage user access and identity across Google Workspace, GitHub, Notion, 1Password, and other SaaS tools.
  • Handle onboarding, offboarding, seat management, licenses, and permissions.
  • Administer SaaS accounts and vendor tooling on a day-to-day basis.
  • Execute deployments and maintain CI/CD release pipelines using GitHub Actions.
  • Operate and maintain cloud infrastructure on GCP and Cloudflare.
  • Create and maintain operational documentation and runbooks.
  • Build and run monitoring and alerting for applications and backend services.
  • Lead infrastructure initiatives end to end, including migrations, deprecations, hardening, and new internal app/database hosting.
  • Learn and support Web3/blockchain operations in a production environment.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in DevOps, platform, infrastructure, or strong IT/sysadmin roles.
  • Strong Linux/Unix fundamentals and scripting ability in Bash and Python.
  • Hands-on cloud experience, ideally with GCP, including Cloud Run, IAM, and networking.
  • CI/CD experience, ideally with GitHub Actions, plus solid Git and GitHub skills.
  • Comfort with Cloudflare, DNS, and web-layer security.
  • Excellent written English and a documentation-first, process-oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable using AI-assisted tooling to work faster.
  • Terraform/IaC experience is preferred.
  • Exposure to compliance frameworks such as SOC2 or ISO 27001 is preferred.
  • Curiosity about Web3/blockchain is preferred; prior Web3 experience is a plus but not required.
