Description

  • Serve as the primary clinical point of contact for clients and collaborate with project managers on study execution and budget management.
  • Develop clinical study documents, plans, forms, manuals, trackers, monitoring materials, and training content.
  • Lead site feasibility, recruitment and retention strategy, study start-up, enrollment, maintenance, and closeout activities.
  • Lead clinical team meetings, set expectations for CRAs and CTAs, and address CRA and site questions.
  • Oversee regulatory and ethics committee submissions, approvals, eTMF implementation, and study documentation.
  • Develop monitoring strategies and use study metrics to track timelines, quality, enrollment, data cleaning, and compliance.
  • Manage investigational product release, accountability, reconciliation, and related vendor processes.
  • Collaborate with project management, data management, quality assurance, CRAs, and vendors on resourcing, CAPA plans, audits, and data quality.
  • Support investigator meetings, business development, site contract and budget negotiations, and clinical data review as needed.
  • Assume project management responsibilities when a cross-functional project manager is not assigned and provide line management where applicable.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience in a science or health-related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 5–8 years of clinical research experience, or demonstrated equivalent competencies, including significant clinical monitoring experience.
  • Experience with Phase 1 first-in-human and healthy volunteer clinical trials.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin to support Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally, including overnight stays.
  • Legally authorized to work in the country of employment without employer sponsorship.
