Description

  • Act as the trusted advisor to CIOs and CFOs and translate technical designs into strategic business outcomes and ROI.
  • Advise on high-performance, near real-time data ingestion strategies to ensure the platform has the right data at the right time.
  • Architect secure, enterprise-grade AI solutions grounded in the Celonis Process Knowledge Graph and governed for data security and sanitization.
  • Mobilize and direct a multidisciplinary team of Applied AI engineers and Data Scientists.
  • Serve as the bridge between the customer and Celonis Product/Engineering to resolve complex technical blockers.
  • Own the account as the single-threaded lead and orchestrate internal teams around customer strategy and execution.
  • Guide the customer’s technical strategy for enterprise transformation initiatives.
  • Support long-term success and enterprise-wide adoption across one of the company’s largest accounts.

Requirements

  • Principal-level experience in a client-facing technical role such as Solutions Architecture, Field CTO, Technical Account Management, or a technically savvy Engagement or Client Success role.
  • Strong conceptual and architectural understanding of modern data pipelines, including batch loads and near real-time streaming with Kafka and APIs.
  • Solid grasp of securely deploying Generative AI in the enterprise, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), private model hosting, and data masking.
  • Conceptual understanding of the modern enterprise stack, with some hands-on SAP experience considered a plus.
  • Exceptional ability to untangle complex technical challenges and present clear, actionable roadmaps to non-technical executives.
  • Strong proficiency in German is required.
  • Deep domain expertise in the Retail industry is preferred.
  • Experience with enterprise systems such as SAP and Databricks is relevant to the role.
  • Understanding of streaming APIs, Kafka, and micro-batching is important for the data architecture aspect of the role.
