Description

  • Lead a team of Value Engineers and own the end-to-end customer value journey across landing, adoption, expansion, and renewals.
  • Translate customer strategic objectives into high-impact Celonis use cases and promote Process Intelligence to prospects and customers.
  • Communicate value opportunities and strategic roadmaps to C-level executives in partnership with sales and Celonis leadership.
  • Serve as an executive sponsor for key customers and support executive-level engagements with strategic stakeholders.
  • Guide customers through the Celonis Value Journey and support the rollout of new features, apps, and products.
  • Drive customer success by designing improvement measures, managing change, and pioneering new methodologies within the Value Engineering organization.
  • Coordinate Value Engineering, Services, and Ecosystem resources to create durable value for customers.
  • Host Quarterly Business Reviews and Executive Business Reviews to present results and realized value to senior stakeholders.
  • Recruit, develop, and mentor Value Engineers while setting a high standard for candidate and team excellence.
  • Allocate resources effectively to deliver on sales, renewal, value, and adoption targets and communicate risks and successes proactively.

Requirements

  • Experience in business domain areas such as Finance or Supply Chain, plus strategic transformation initiatives such as Shared Services Transformation or System Transformation.
  • Deep understanding of Public Sector and Government Agency industry trends and the strategic challenges faced by department leaders and C-suite stakeholders.
  • Experience guiding customer IT teams through a Celonis Process Intelligence journey and building dashboards, apps, and Action Flows.
  • Ability to plan and manage project scope, expectations, and timelines, ideally leveraging partners from the Celonis ecosystem.
  • Experience preparing and communicating results to internal and external stakeholders, including executive management.
  • Experience with Celonis value selling methodology, including discovery, qualification, value assessment, and proof of value.
  • Proven track record of identifying and prioritizing use cases, implementing improvement measures, and driving customer value realization.
  • Ability to qualify value engineering engagements, conduct customer discovery, and steer resources efficiently.
  • Proven leadership ability, including being hands-on with teams and leading by example.
  • Native or near-native fluency in English and German, written and verbal.
