Description

  • Own the operating cadence for the Agentic Commerce GTM function, including weekly cross-functional meetings and pipeline reviews.
  • Serve as the central coordination point across GTM workstreams, maintaining visibility into progress, blockers, and dependencies.
  • Identify process gaps and inefficiencies across GTM workstreams and drive operational improvements.
  • Stay current on product developments to keep the GTM roadmap aligned with product strategy.
  • Coordinate multi-party execution across agents and sellers to support pilot programs, betas, scaled onboarding, and self-serve motions.
  • Drive merchant integration readiness by coordinating with product, engineering, professional services, legal, sales, and other teams to unblock risks.
  • Manage launch readiness for key agent partner launches and ensure internal teams, partners, and users are prepared for go-live.
  • Work with Product S&O to define and track GTM KPIs.
  • Build and maintain program tracking systems, dashboards, and reporting for senior stakeholder visibility.
  • Partner with SSO and F&S to develop forecasts and support planning.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in program management, sales operations, business operations, or a related GTM operations role, ideally at a high-growth technology or payments company.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-workstream programs with 5+ cross-functional stakeholders simultaneously without direct authority.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to synthesize ambiguous situations into clear updates for executive and working-level audiences.
  • Proven experience building operational systems from scratch, including trackers, meeting cadences, reporting frameworks, and decision-making infrastructure.
  • High ownership and accountability, with a proactive approach to identifying and completing needed work.
  • Experience with GTM programs for emerging product categories such as AI, developer platforms, fintech, or payments infrastructure (preferred).
  • Familiarity with enterprise go-to-market motions, including partner and alliance programs, professional services, and solutions architecture teams (preferred).
  • Experience building or scaling self-serve and scaled onboarding programs with a product team (preferred).
  • Strong analytical instincts and comfort pulling data, building dashboards, and framing problems quantitatively (preferred).
