Description

  • Lead hands-on implementation of Celonis solutions for enterprise customers.
  • Conduct business discovery workshops to translate strategic objectives into use cases.
  • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to define scope, data needs, and success criteria.
  • Direct AI deployment agents to build data models, analyses, KPIs, dashboards, and operational solutions.
  • Configure Celonis platform components, including data transformations, process analysis, and AI-powered insights.
  • Validate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, business relevance, and customer context.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and root causes and lead value creation workshops.
  • Define KPIs, quantify business impact, and support value realization.
  • Enable customer users to adopt and extend the solution independently.
  • Document solution designs and hand over implementations for future use.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in management, IT consulting, data/solution consulting, or process improvement consulting.
  • Ability to build and configure solutions on the Celonis platform, including data modeling, process analysis, KPI definition, and automation.
  • Proficiency in PQL, SQL, and Python.
  • Comfort working with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor.
  • Experience with prompt engineering or context engineering is a strong plus.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise business processes and financial metrics.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is a strong plus.
  • Experience in process areas such as Inventory Management, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, or Accounts Payable is a strong plus.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Technology Management, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% to customer locations.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $162,000 to $191,000 USD for Washington, D.C.
  • Total compensation includes base salary, bonus/commission, equity, and benefits.
