Description

  • Translate customer strategy and energy-transition priorities into an operational vision for the Celonis platform.
  • Identify and prioritize high-impact value areas across capital projects, enterprise asset management, meter-to-cash, and supply chain resilience.
  • Build board-level business cases and present the financial impact of process intelligence to C-suite executives.
  • Create demos, strategic roadmaps, and value assessments that position Celonis within the customer’s digital utility strategy.
  • Lead the executive relationship and end-to-end value workstream for large-scale customer transformations.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional delivery with Services, Product, and Engineering teams across federated operating companies.
  • Guide customers on organization design, center of excellence maturity, regulatory reporting standards, and work order management.
  • Facilitate business value workshops and identify opportunities for process improvement in Operations, Finance, and Procurement.
  • Present realized value and improvement results to senior leadership and C-level stakeholders.
  • Codify customer successes into reusable playbooks and thought leadership for the Energy & Utilities practice.
  • Coach and mentor junior team members on executive relationship management and utility industry nuance.
  • Act as the voice of the customer and provide product feedback to inform Celonis roadmap and apps.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of relevant experience, ideally combining time at a top-tier utility, energy conglomerate, or renewables developer with strategy consulting experience.
  • Deep understanding of regulated and unregulated utility markets.
  • Granular knowledge of the utility value chain, including asset lifecycle management, capital project controls, supply chain, and customer operations (CIS).
  • Track record of leading large-scale transformation programs and influencing P&L outcomes through capital efficiency, outage reduction, and working capital optimization.
  • Technical fluency with modern utility systems such as SAP IS-U, Maximo, and Oracle Primavera.
  • Extensive experience presenting to and influencing C-level executives, including COO, CFO, and CIO.
  • Ability to navigate complex holding company structures and persuade stakeholders through data and facts.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and an entrepreneurial, builder-oriented leadership style.
  • MBA strongly preferred.
  • Degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related field required.
