Description

  • Draft and develop proposals, RFP responses, and client-specific technical content.
  • Collaborate with Business Development, Contracts, Proposal Management, Finance, and operational subject matter experts.
  • Participate in client discussions regarding RFPs, timelines, budgets, deliverables, and proposed solutions.
  • Prepare teams for bid defense meetings and support proposal presentations.
  • Own and maintain the technical content, templates, and case study library.
  • Maintain accurate sponsor and account information in the SFDC database.
  • Track proposal outcomes and feedback to improve proposal processes.
  • Develop and test new tools and processes, lead lessons-learned meetings, and mentor colleagues.
  • Provide expert support to internal and external customers and assist the external Business Development team as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Science, Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, or another STEM field.
  • Hands-on knowledge of bioanalytical processes, including biomarkers, assay technologies, ligand binding assays, immunogenicity, molecular assays, flow cytometry, PCR, and cell-based assays.
  • Background in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience preparing instructional materials, presentations, and written documentation.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed organization with international and culturally diverse teams.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Availability for fully remote work in the US, with possible travel approximately once per year.
