Description

  • Develop and execute access and engagement plans for assigned strategic accounts to achieve or exceed performance targets.
  • Manage relationships with C-suite, pharmacy, value/procurement, formulary, P&T, pathway, GPO, and population health stakeholders.
  • Develop, present, and implement approved business case proposals.
  • Prepare and present strategic account performance updates, market insights, trends, and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate regularly with cross-functional commercial and operational teams to support account planning and engagement.
  • Drive market access event sponsorship, exhibiting logistics, marketing messaging, and budget management for assigned special interest groups.
  • Align internal and external stakeholders to build and execute comprehensive account engagement strategies.
  • Develop and manage contract strategies, including pull-through and implementation where appropriate.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a business-related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, healthcare consulting, technology, or other relevant organizations with cross-functional roles.
  • 3-5 years of strategic account management experience covering Academic Medical Centers, Integrated Health Systems, GPOs, or large community oncology integrated networks.
  • 2+ years of project management experience translating strategy into execution.
  • 2+ years leading complex projects requiring cross-functional and national alignment.
  • Experience working in the Buy and Bill reimbursement environment.
  • Proven success negotiating contract terms, developing contract proposals, including financial analytics, driving contract implementation, and delivering contract results.
  • Strong written, oral, and group communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and independently.
  • Teamwork and leadership skills, including the ability to influence without positional authority.
  • Experience with oncology market dynamics, reimbursement models, and clinical product knowledge.
  • Preferred experience in healthcare economics, market trend analysis, and solution development.

  • Anticipated base salary range of $215,000 to $235,000 DOE.
