Description

  • Manage projects end-to-end using Agile methodologies with minimal supervision.
  • Develop project plans covering scope, timelines, resources, budgets, and SOW deliverables.
  • Manage SOW scope, negotiate discrepancies, and drive prioritization decisions with customers.
  • Maintain project schedules, budgets, PSA health reporting, status reports, sprint reviews, and risk and issue management.
  • Create and manage backlogs with definitions, acceptance criteria, estimates, and Jira reporting.
  • Build client trust through reliable delivery, consistent communication, and proactive difficult conversations.
  • Deliver against client business outcomes and collaborate with delivery teams to identify future opportunities.
  • Provide timely feedback to project teams focused on client value.
  • Lead or contribute to CPM initiatives and strategic cross-functional efforts.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in a client-facing Project Manager role.
  • 2+ years of experience in consulting or professional services.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
  • Experience using multiple project management methodologies to optimize client experiences.
  • Experience with forecasting and budget management for accurate revenue projections.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on client relationships.
  • Ability to communicate with clients at both business and technical levels.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure modernization, application development, or data engineering.
  • Experience with AWS cloud services and technologies preferred.
  • AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification, or willingness to obtain it within 90 days.
  • Exposure to Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile project management tools.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% depending on business needs.
  • Visa sponsorship is not available.

  • Base salary of $116,000–$145,000 CAD annually, plus potential bonuses, commissions, equity, and other incentives.
