Description

  • Manage end-to-end workflows for AWS and Anthropic funding programs.
  • Maintain client records, funding documentation, and operational trackers.
  • Prepare, validate, and submit invoices with quality and compliance checks.
  • Monitor program requirements, documentation standards, and process changes.
  • Communicate funding updates, requirements, deadlines, and best practices internally.
  • Coordinate approvals and ensure required documents are completed and submitted on time.
  • Provide stakeholders with timely updates on funding status and outstanding actions.
  • Build relationships with AWS Partner Development Managers and resolve program issues.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives, Project Managers, and Delivery teams to resolve documentation and deadline issues.
  • Use internal systems, reporting tools, and automation to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in Operations, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Billing, Finance Operations, or Administrative Support.
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
  • Experience processing invoices or financial documentation.
  • Comfort working with multiple web-based platforms simultaneously.
  • Experience supporting Sales, Project Management, or Delivery teams preferred.
  • Experience with AWS Partner Programs, cloud partner operations, or vendor funding programs highly desirable.
  • Ability to adapt to evolving processes, documentation requirements, and compliance standards.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong prioritization, attention to detail, and accountability.
  • Experience collaborating with external partners and cross-functional teams; Claude skills and project knowledge are a plus.
  • Visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
