Description

  • Own the Insight Cash product roadmap, balancing customer commitments, platform migration, and long-term strategic investments.
  • Maintain a clear prioritization framework and communicate tradeoffs to stakeholders.
  • Translate business goals and customer needs into a product vision the team can align around.
  • Lead ongoing discovery through customer conversations, interviews, field visits, and feedback from Client Solutions and Support.
  • Become the internal authority on casino cage and cash operations workflows.
  • Partner with Engineering and QA to define, refine, and deliver features.
  • Write clear product requirements and maintain a healthy backlog.
  • Drive release planning across Product, Engineering, QA, and Client Solutions.
  • Evaluate AI opportunities that could create value in Insight Cash.
  • Champion AI tooling across the development lifecycle.

Requirements

  • 4 to 7 years of product management experience.
  • Meaningful experience at a startup or early-growth-stage company with broad scope and high ownership.
  • Proven ability to own a product end to end, from discovery through delivery and go-to-market.
  • Strong discovery and research skills, including interviews, synthesis, and prioritization.
  • Experience working closely with engineering teams and writing crisp requirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including customer-facing release notes.
  • Self-directed and comfortable working in ambiguity.
  • Genuine orientation toward AI as both a product capability and a way of working.
  • Nice to have: experience building or scaling a PM function in an early-stage environment.
  • Nice to have: experience with responsible AI practices in regulated settings.
  • Nice to have: B2B SaaS experience in operational or back-office workflows.
  • Nice to have: experience supporting a desktop-to-web migration.
  • Nice to have: background in or curiosity about the gaming and casino industry.
