Description

  • Lead end-to-end implementations of accounting and assurance solutions, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.
  • Act as the primary solution authority for assigned client engagements and provide expert guidance on product functionality and best practices.
  • Translate client business and regulatory requirements into scalable, compliant software configurations aligned to accounting standards and firm methodologies.
  • Manage client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Oversee delivery quality on non-enterprise projects, including scope control, risk identification, issue resolution, and schedule and budget adherence.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Support, Sales, and Engineering teams to escalate issues and improve client outcomes.
  • Mentor associate consultants and other implementation team members through knowledge sharing, solution reviews, and delivery oversight.
  • Deliver client training and change management activities to support adoption and long-term value realization.
  • Support pre-sales activities by contributing to proposals, demonstrations, effort estimates, and implementation planning.
  • Continuously improve implementation methodologies, assets, and service delivery standards.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in external audit, assurance, or accounting within a public accounting or professional services firm.
  • Experience providing consultative advice to clients, including understanding business requirements and making recommendations.
  • Experience supporting software implementations, including requirements gathering, solution configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.
  • Experience managing client stakeholders and acting as a trusted advisor throughout engagements.
  • Experience owning delivery outcomes with minimal oversight, including scope, quality, risk, and timelines.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills in a professional services environment.
  • Ability to mentor and contribute to team capability development.
  • Comfort using and learning accounting, audit, and financial reporting technology solutions.
  • Prior Caseware experience is an asset but not required.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States and willing to work Eastern Time Zone hours.
