Description

  • Build and enhance mobile and web products that improve the implant supply chain.
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy modular cloud-based systems using modern software development practices.
  • Architect technical solutions and translate product goals into manageable deliverables.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and internal teams to define technical approaches for customer and business needs.
  • Develop responsive, scalable, reliable, and robust software solutions.
  • Build and maintain REST APIs and integrations for the SaaS platform.
  • Optimize applications and services for performance across web and mobile environments.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and improve system performance, reliability, and maintainability.
  • Contribute to code reviews, testing practices, technical design discussions, and engineering standards.
  • Participate in Agile development using Scrum and support continuous improvement of engineering processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of professional backend software development experience.
  • Strong proficiency with TypeScript and Node.js.
  • Professional experience developing applications with NestJS.
  • Experience designing, developing, and integrating REST APIs.
  • Experience supporting and troubleshooting an AWS-hosted SaaS product.
  • Experience building scalable, performant, and reliable software solutions.
  • Familiarity with relational databases, data modeling, and database design.
  • Experience working in an Agile or Scrum software development environment.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across technical and nontechnical teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with modern technologies and development practices.
  • Experience with Angular, PostgreSQL, or AWS Lambda (from the listed tech stack).
