Description

  • Serve as the eDiscovery point of contact for internal and external technical teams, in-house counsel, and outside counsel.
  • Support litigation holds, eDiscovery requests, document collection, and legal hold workflows.
  • Design, develop, maintain, and improve internal reporting on the litigation portfolio and Legal Team performance.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to understand business workflows, data systems, and data discovery processes.
  • Maintain databases, scripting, and custom tools used to track, access, and export company information.
  • Collaborate on the development, documentation, and improvement of processes to meet legal requirements.
  • Support responses to third-party subpoenas and consumer litigation matters.
  • Drive data quality through continuous process improvement.
  • Participate in evaluating legal technologies for the department.
  • Perform administrative functions within the legal tool set.

Requirements

  • Tech-focused bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a highly computer-centric technical environment.
  • Experience extracting, transforming, and loading data from various systems.
  • Basic experience with scripting or programming.
  • Strong organization, self-direction, attention to detail, proactiveness, willingness to learn, and teamwork.
  • Ability to thoroughly document technical processes and procedures.
  • Strong critical thinking, logic, and reasoning skills for solving technical problems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to peers and coworkers.
  • Understanding of data encryption and secure data transfer practices.
  • Preferred experience with legal tools such as Relativity or document management systems.
  • Preferred experience with MS SQL, BigQuery, Snowflake, or other databases.
  • Preferred dashboard development experience.
  • Preferred additional scripting experience.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity are required.
  • Hiring is contingent on passing a complete background check.
